项目经理（电力工程项目经理 ）

任职资格
1、28-45岁，本科以上学历;
2、从事电力施工工程项目管理经验5年以上，熟悉供配电工程项目管理及电力工程配套流程，有机电二级以上建造师证书;
3、具有国家电网，房地产开发实施管理经验者;
4、具有良好的组织管理能力、沟通协调和团队合作能力;
5、身体健康、抗压性强，积极乐观，能适应不同环境下的作业要求
岗位职责
1、负责电力工程项目的管理，对项目的现场安全、进度质量等进行全面控制；
2、负责公司项目立项后的组织实施，编写施工方案及组织、技术措施；
3、依照分包合同对分包单位进行管理，审批、监督检查施工组织设计和质量、安全保证措施的制定和落实；
4、审核施工单位阶段工程量，对设计修改或变更的实际T程量进行现场审核;
5、组织竣工验收工作，催促工程款回笼；
6、负责建立现场各项管理规章制度；

岗位职责
1、收集整理和管理公司的各类书籍、文件和资料，及时做好各项质量资料的验收签证(包括隐蔽工程)；
2、督促指导各个管理岗位责任，及时做好有关的质量记录。整理工程各分部、部产生的技术资料，确保做好记录的真实性；
3、及时办理各种验收、验证手续的落实工作，配合做好主要材料和原始资料及试块的试验工作；
4、工程中分部、竣工验收时确保及时准确的提供出工程原始技术资料证书，并做好原始资料的搜集、保管工作，确保工程顺利验收；
5、工程竣工后按合同要求，根据有关规定做好工程档案资料的装订工作，以及办理移交建设单位的手续，同时将做好的资料留底归档；
6、配合公司综合办公室，做好各个工种的技术证书验审力证等工作。收存好上级来文、通知和有关文件的保存工作，及时传达公司的有关通知工作；
7、帮助项目经理做好各工序、各工种间的资料搭接工作；
8、及时向项目经理反映质量上存在的问题，制订措施及昕进行整改；
9、熟练掌握《输变电工程施工质量验收统一表式》，能够配合项目进度及时完成档案验收；
10、有五大电力集团项目经历优先
